To ensure our employees are ready to be productive from their first day onsite with our Clients, we have a thorough onboarding process. We not only take care of the individual requirements for technicians to set up a new life in Canada, we also coordinate Client-specific inductions and site visits, to ensure employees are familiar with the workplace before they start.

We also manage the ongoing performance and wellbeing of our employees for the duration of the contract. After this time, technicians can transition to become full-time, direct employees of the Client.
